To help prevent nail fungus and keep down the foot of the repeated infections, hand hygiene practice and healthy feet attach to these measures for the prevention of nail fungus:

Keep your fingernails short, clean and dry.

Trim the nails through the files and thick areas.

Dry hands and feet, including between the toes after bathing.

While it may be tempting to fill nail fungal infections with a layer of enamel Pretty Pink, this can trap unwanted moisture and worsen the infection. Wash hands after contact with an infected nail.
